Liver pepper fry/Liver pepper roast

Welcome to Nellai Food Court,Today we see the recipe Liver pepper fry ,it is a spicy and tasty recipe.
It is very healthy one especially for anaemic person.But it is very easy one require less time only.
It goes well with Rice ,Chapathi, Appam,Naan and Parratha.
Liver is one of the most nutrionally food,it containvitamin B12,Vitamin A,Copper,Iron and folate.
I consist of low carbohyderate,so it is used in paleo diet also.
Let's see our recipe,
Ingredients
1. Liver - 500 g
2. Shallots /Onion - 100 g/3 (medium)
3. Green chilli - 2 or 3
4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
5. Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
6. Cumin powder - 1 tspn
7. Pepper powder - 2 tspn
8. Oil - 5 tspn
9. Curry leaves - some
10. Salt - As per taste
11. Lemon juice - 1 tspn
Procedure
1. Soak the liver with turmeric powder or vinegar for 30 minute(liver has strong flavour
the soaking reduce this flavour and remove if any toxin presentin it) and clean it with
water 4 or 5 times.
2. Add oil to the hot kadai and add the shallots /onion saute a while and add curryleaves
and greenchillies saute it .
3. Add ginger garlic paste to this,when the shallots become translucent and saute it until
it raw smell go away.
4. Add chilli powder,cumin powder and pepper powder ,saute a while and add liver pieces
to it along with required salt cook it with closed lid,for 8-10 min ,stir occassionally.
5. Add lemon juice to it .
6. Spread some chopped coriander leaves on it.
That's it our spicy tasty Liver fry was Ready......! Serve it Hot...!
*Notes :
1. Do not over cook the liver ,then it will be hard.
2. No need to use water for cooking it,cook it in medium flame.
3. Use more Curry leaves for nice flavour.
