Introduction
Mango Raita is a perfect side dish for Biryani ,Ghee rice ,Kuska
etc...It has a unique taste ,that awaken your taste buds.
Let's go into our Recipe
Ingredients
1. Mango : 3/4 kg
2. Curd : 300g
3.Gingelly oil : 4 Tspn
4.Red chilli : 5
5.Mustard seeds : 1 Tspn
6.Urid dhal : 1 Tspn
7.Pepper powder : 1 Tspn
8.Curry leaves : Some
9.Ginger : A small pieces
10.Salt :As per taste
Insructions
1.Cut the mangoes into medium size cubes.
2.Heat a Frying pan add some oil to it.
3.Add mustard seeds and urid dhal for tempering it.
4.Then add finely chopped ginger and curry leaves to it ,and fry it till it attains crispiness.
5.Then add red chillies to it .
6.Now add the mango pieces to it and mix it with the tempering slowly, don't smash it.
7.Add curd to it and mix thoroughly.
8.Add pepper powder to it.
9.Add required salt to it.
MANGO RAITA IS READY
