Meen kuzhambu
Introduction
Today we'll see the Recipe Fish curry with coconut paste. First we'll cook the fish in the masala gravy and then we'll add the fine coconut paste to it.
Let's go into our recipe
Ingredients
1) Fish - 1/2 kg
2) Small onion - 10 nos
3) Tomato - 1 (Medium)
4) Tamarind - A small lemon sized
5) Green chilli - 2 nos
6) Curry leaves - Some
7) Ginger - A small piece (1 inch)
8) Garlic - 2 Cloves
9) Coriander powder - 4 Tspn
10) Red chilli powder - 4 Tspn
11) Turmeric powder - 3/4 Tspn
12) Fenugreek powder - 3/4 Tspn
13) Pepper powder - 1 Tspn
14 ) Coconut (shredded) - 6 Tspn
15) Oil - 4 Tspn
16) Salt - As per taste
17) Mustard - 1 Tspn
18) Fenugreek seeds - 1 Tspn
Procedure
1) Heat the pot and add oil to it along with mustard seeds and fenugreek to it.
2)Then add crushed ginger and garlic to it and saute it for a while .
3)Add chopped small onions to it and saute for 3 min.
4) Add spilt green chillies along with curry leaves.
5) Then add sliced tomato and cook for 2 min.
6)At this time we can put all spices together and Tamarind pulp to it and mix it throughly.
7)Now add the prepared masala to the fried onion and tomatoes.
8 ) Add fish pieces to the boiled masala gravy and cook for 7 to 10 min.
9)Add fine coconut paste to it and simmer 2 min.
Our Delicious " FISH CURRY " is Ready, .Serve it Hot 😋
